Empty 01:28
Hell is empty and all the devils are here
2.
Riven by this insanity. Driven mad by this need to acknowledge. Disturbed by the sight of pointless memorials. Coerced by swaying masses. Believe in the hell beneath your feet, believe in the heaven above your head, believe in the divine forces that keep them apart, believe in the walking snake. What happens when the gates are torn from their hinges? What happens when the bastard souls ransack the land of light, painting their doors in the blood of the black goat, removing the eyes of those who gazed upon the Black Prince? Ask for it to be over. Pray to the dimming light. Pray to stop it all. Pray for a second salvation. Pray for forgiveness. Pray that He gives a damn. No one is coming to help. No one hears your cries. No one is listening. May the light be dimmed eternal. May you live forever in shadow.
3.
The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven. You live below it all. In the land of bastard shrines and temples. Remove your eyes. Lick the spaces in between. Do you know why? Do you know why you carry hell with you?
4.
Knives into eyes and flames under hide. Screams from one thousand maws. Spires of stone impale hopeless limbs and gouge out beating hearts. Millions more multiplied into infinity. Blood stains the sheets of time and space. Another drop in an ocean of regret. Another grain of sand on the shore of the river Acheron. What suffering. What pain eternal. What a way to die infernal.
5.
The sound breaks through the branches of the wood. Beasts locked arm in arm, dancing around the altar of the Black Prince. The torches can be seen for miles and the chants can be heard through oblivion, through time, through space, and through pain. A sacrifice for the Black Prince. A joyous caw. A swinging corpse with a wretched grin. The cloak that falls over the eyes of the enchanter makes the whole spectacle seem as a choir of bastard celebration. A conductor for the damned choir. Always a celebration of the Black Prince. We celebrate the Black Prince.
6.
I Am the Way 02:35
Legions pray at the altar of submission and guilt. Give yourself to something greater. Let go of your frailties and embrace absolute longing for nothing but your own pleasure. No longer be ignored. Weak minds, walk hand in hand with god. Unchained slaves, live beyond that cruel father. Walk alone. Walk alone. Walk alone and live free.
7.
Hellbound 00:45
Sweat builds on the forehead of a coward. Knuckles turn white as fingers clutch palms. A bright light on the horizon. The taste of bile in his throat. He digs his toes into the sand hoping that it feels better than what lies ahead.
8.
Cursed stars, cursed earth. Stepping over bodies drained of their life, left behind bones and tattered clothes. The moons dance and draw dark circles. Death gazes past the bones and continues forward. Lifted hands, clutched palms. Begging for mercy during this time of betrayal. None for them, never for anyone. As lives end, the stars dance with the moons and the weight of the cosmos reminds us of our insignificance. Oh, great arbiter of pain, oh, humanity’s stain, I see endless rows of bones, I hear the cries for relief, begging with hands clutched. Nothing ever mattered. Nothing will ever change. You will say his name.
9.
A butterfly stuffed back into the cocoon. Writhing and squirming under the pressure. A desperate gasp for air. Dew forms on the edges as the sun heats the walls. Falls from the limbs to the ground. The circle made whole. Ants crawling and smothering the tomb of irony. A cruel joke. Eating the walls from the outside. Feasting upon the flesh of a beautiful creature. What a mistake it was to try and live. Isn’t beauty a game of chance?Wishing it never emerged from that claustrophobic space. Back into the womb. Rotting walls, soiled tomb.
10.
Chains and flesh and a room of pleasure. A noise from beyond the gates of time, breathing on the neck of Hell. Under the looming moon, where no sound escapes, and walls breathe deep sighs. The pleasures of the forgotten man, beyond the reach of senses. The nightmare of what might be, what certainly will be. Listen closely and hear the walls call for more, a communion of blood. An endless sacrifice for endless pleasure. No more pleasure until pain. A human knows not Hell’s endless plains. The Leviathan calls. His distant hum in the darkness. He calls to those who enter. Sweet sound of suffering. Close your eyes and listen for the endless hum.
11.
The sun sets upon three corpses. Hung high. Crows pick and pull, gnaw and savor. The shadows of the dead drag across the ground. What a sight their posed corpses make in the setting sun.
12.
Although in the past the words got caught in the throat of a lesser person, hear them now. Why worship the father with blood on his hands? Why praise the son who died so defiled? Rip the cross from the wall and smash it upon the skull of the god that didn’t bother to sigh when his followers choked and died.
13.
A Small Room 04:48
An unending road shared by millions, a small windowless room. Surrounded by chattering jaws and the hands of the grasping hoards. We are a cosmic joke, an infinite jest. All the quiet in the world could never drown out the relentless waves of sound that fills my head. It gives me reason to never speak again. But what else can be done in this room? This room is all but a tomb. Is this all there is? Just let it all end.
